Leap Music Terms of Service
Leap Music is a personal music player. It streams music you already own and have the right to play.
Your Content
Leap Music does not host, sell, or distribute music. It connects to your personal cloud storage (OneDrive or Google Drive) or local device storage to play your files.
You stream only your own files from your own accounts. You represent and warrant that you have the right to access and play the media you point the app at.
Leap Music requires read-only access to your files. It never modifies, moves, or deletes your Drive files or local files.
Revoking Access
You can sign out of your accounts within the app at any time, which deletes the access tokens from your device.
For Google Drive, you may additionally revoke Leap Music's access to your Google account at any time by visiting your Google Account Permissions page at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Solo Leap Inc. does not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Solo Leap Inc. be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the app.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Solo Leap Inc. is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
